Agricultural Engineers:

For planning, execution, and administration for farmyards in Ethiopia, mainly with experience in the cultivation of

wheat, in particular DURUM wheat - or in the international marketing of grains (job location: Arsi/Bale, Ethiopia)

Ethiopian leading employees for all agrarian-technical and business ranges:

Having studied or worked in foreign countries and within the scope of the Diaspora, and who would like to return to Ethiopia, in order to get actively in volved in the economic growth of their homeland (job location: Arsi/Bale, Ethiopia)

System computer scientist/electronics engineers:

with sound knowledge in information technology and communications technology, inclusively electrical safety systems, all MS Windows Office software, above all Word, PP, Excel, Access (data base theory, data modelling; SQL; software engineering and project organization; object oriented programming with C++; production of MS software with C++; planning and networking administration on MS Windows server; software and hardware ascertainment of need  (networks) as well as specific adjustment of the systems. Deepened knowledge of the internet; (job location: operational areas in Ethiopia (primarily coaching) and Main Office Netherland.

Manager Agriculture/Farming/Enterprise:

Assignments:

- Result oriented and responsible

- Construction of a large grain production in the Ethiopian highlands with

1 farmyard (25000 ha / 1st step - investment volume 40 million EUR)

- Guidance of the Ethiopian agrarian-production company (100% subsidiary to a Dutch capital holding company

- Managerial responsibility for more than 100 employees

- The most modern equipment with scientific support

- Long-term career perspective with advanced management competences

Requirement profile:

- Agricultural engineer (or comparable education)

- Main focus: Plant pathology (advantage, but not condition)

- Management experience in the agrarian sector

- Experience in all  planning assignments and organisation assignments

- Practically oriented, pragmatic acting on the basis of business management

- Ability to operate interdisciplinary, with a healthy feeling for an optimum of highly efficient flows of operations

- Familiar with highly sophisticated machinery
